Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, minced jalapenos, mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or baguette slices.
Notes
For a milder dip, use less jalapeno or remove the seeds and membranes completely. You can also substitute dried cranberries for fresh cranberries, but be sure to soak them in warm water for a few minutes to soften them before chopping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
