Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, until slightly tender-crisp.
- Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until melted and smooth. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Pour the chicken and broccoli mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and lightly golden brown.

Notes
For a thicker sauce, add a tablespoon of cream cheese at a time until desired consistency is reached. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. You can substitute the broccoli with cauliflower or asparagus. For an extra cheesy bake, add some cheddar cheese on top.
